UCSF AMP Spring Conference

‌Join us for a morning of networking, two keynote presentations, a budget update, and an interactive AI session. A light breakfast and coffee will be provided in the morning, and grab-and-go lunches will be available towards the end of the program. About Our Speakers

Margaret Damiano, MBA

‌Margaret Damiano is the Associate Vice Chancellor for Organizational Development and Transformation at UCSF. She leads strategic initiatives, organizational improvement, and cross-institutional efforts to address complex challenges across the EVCP organization.


Kathy Oneto, MBA

‌Kathy Oneto is the founder of Sustainable Ambition®, executive coach, speaker, and author of Sustainable Ambition (2025). With over 25 years of experience, she helps individuals and organizations achieve greater success and sustainability in work and life.‌‌ 

The first 40 attendees will receive a complimentary signed copy of Kathy's book, Sustainable Ambition. 

 


Cindy Berhtram

‌Cindy Berhtram (she/they) is Director of Operations and Strategic Projects in the UCSF Department of Medicine, where she leads AI-driven initiatives to improve workflows and efficiency. She brings over a decade of experience in higher education, technology, and digital learning.

Part of Cindy's session will include a hands-on workshop exploring practical applications of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) in professional development. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to participate, and may use personal accounts or UCSF-supported tools as appropriate. 


Mike Clune, PhD

Mike Clune is the Senior Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer for UCSF. 

Mike joined UCSF in 2011 and currently serves as the senior associate vice chancellor and chief financial officer for the campus. The UCSF Finance organization includes Budget & Resource Management, Controller's Office, the FAS Finance Service Center, Risk Advisory & Insurance Services, and Supply Chain Management.  Mike’s primary responsibility is to ensure that campus financial resources are carefully stewarded and effectively managed to assist in achieving the UCSF’s mission to advance health worldwide.
