Rachel Wong is from Allentown, Pennsylvania. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware with a double major in Nutrition in Dietetics & Nutrition and Medical Sciences. She has developed and explored many areas of interest during this current UCSF Dietetic Internship, mainly being pediatrics, hematology/oncology, and neurology. She hopes to continue working inpatient at the end of her internship year and gain further experience in her interests.
Taelor Oppliger is a Dietetic Intern at UCSF. She is from Dallas, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Rice University in Houston, Texas and subsequently completed her graduate degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. Her primary area of interest is inpatient, adult dietetics, and she is hoping to find a job as either a GI service or Medicine service dietitian after completing her internship.
