About the speaker:
Michael Yates is the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at UCLA. Previously, he served at the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) as the Director of Systemwide Executive Recruitment and Search and at UC San Diego as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Data Analytics. Michael has been in the recruitment field for over 20 years, and before joining the University of California, he recruited for Hoag Memorial Hospital and the University of Southern California.
