Bio: With more than 20 years of experience working in higher education, Inez Bailey has enjoyed a unique career path that encompasses student affairs, education management and operations, and organizational and project development. Inez has worked alongside UC leadership for the successful implementation of campus-wide and department-level initiatives, and is effective and assured in the midst of organizational change. An alumna of UC Berkeley and Gonzaga University, Inez studied social welfare, education, and organizational development. She is a trained Professional and Life Coach and finds great pleasure in encouraging and mentoring young professionals. At UC San Francisco, Inez holds the positions of Director of Education Strategy and Operations for the Institute for Global Health Sciences, and Staff Director of Education and Training Initiatives for the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She also serves at UCSF as the Professional Development Chair for the Black Caucus and as a member of the campus Committee on Education Technology.
